TRIP INCLUDES:
Join your Up The Creek friends for this 3 night getaway to Steamboat Springs staying in condos at Trappeur's Crossing!   LOTS TO DO!   Go on a hike, bike ride, or inner tube through the beautiful scenery around Steamboat.   Lodging at Trappeur's Crossing, Friday Night Welcome party included!

HIKE - At least 2 organized hikes to: 1) Fish Creek Falls, 2) Rabbit Ears, or Mad Creek Trail.  Group bike ride on the paved trial in Steamboat, bike rentals available. ENJOY The WATER - Will have a group tubing event on the Yampa River, with the huge snowpack tubing should be great! $20 for the tube, lifejacket, and ride back. Soak in the hot tubs at Strawberry Park Hot Springs, take a scenic drive over to Steamboat Lake, grab a paddleboard, or hit the pristine waters at Pearl Lake. LEISURELY - Stroll through the Yampa River Botanic Park, visit art galleries, and the downtown stores.

Also will have a small group for golf, tennis, and shopping …….. you choose?

We will have a "Meet 'n Greet" event about 2 weeks before the trip so that participants who do not have a roommate can be matched up, and to see who wants to do what.
TRIP PRICING:

Deposit of $100 is required at time of trip registration.
50% of balance is due by May 26th.
50% of balance is due by June 26th.

Double Occupancy:   $391 - Deposit $100
Single Occupancy:    $716 - Deposit $200
Non-Members, MeetUp Members, Guests 
Double Occupancy: $441 - Deposit $100
Single Occupancy:  $766 - Deposit $200

NOTE:  If the choice to select Single Occupancy is not provided during registration, you must sign up a second time to get Single Occupancy.  Any duplicated extra costs will be refunded.

ROOMMATE DISCLAIMER:
Double occupancy is standard on all trips. UTC attempts to honor roommate and rooming requests, but they are not guaranteed. Final room assignments are at the trip leader(s) discretion as room assignment changes may be required up to the time of trip departure. In some instances, trip participants may be assigned to room with a person they do not know, or may have to share a bed with a person they do not know of the same sex. If you do not wish to share a room or bed, single rooms may be available at additional cost. There may be instances when a trip participant must pay for single occupancy in order to go on the trip.  Also, be aware that these condos are 4 or 3 bedroom condos. Your roommate will be of the same sex but the other bedrooms may have trip participants of the opposite sex. If you would prefer to be in a condo with just participants of the same gender, please let the trip leader know. Also, most condos have 1 bathroom for every 2 participants, a couple of condos will have 1 bathroom for every 3 participants. These condos are very nice luxury condos but there are some limitations.  Please check with the trip leader(s) for more information.

Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.

Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:

[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a full cancellation refund;

[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.

[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a $50 service charge is applied against the refund.

If you cancel in the seven days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.

You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.

[*] Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale.
[*] Only your trip leader/host can fill your spot.
