TRIP INCLUDES:


Borders Lodge

  • 4 days and 3 nights stay at the luxurious, Borders Lodge at Beaver Creek , Ski-In  Ski-Out  condominiums, located just 40 feet from the Elkhorn Lift.
  • Full kitchens, 4 persons/2 bedroom condo, 6 person/3 bedroom condo.
  • Complimentary Wednesday evening PARTY with food & drink hosted by Up the Creek.
  • Complimentary Heated Underground Parking (one car per unit**).
  • Fun and Leisure. Heated swimming pools & two hot-tubs.

 ** NOTE: Parking -  

Due to limited parking at the Property, parking passes will be given at NO CHARGE to drivers with 4 or more passengers. For those wishing a parking pass at the Property who do not carpool, a limited number of passes may be available and distributed based upon signup date, Overflow parking can be found at the entrance to the resort but may require a parking fee.



Optional Thursday Night Group Dinner - 6 PM

Comfy rustic bar offering burgers, breakfast and Mexican dishes.  Big TVs and mountain views.  Caters to locals and visitors to the valley.  Old-time famous bar and restaurant in Avon with great spirits and food!
Dinner is at 6 PM - Happy Hour is 3 PM to 6 PM. 
You will pay for your own drinks and dinner.

Deposit is required at time of trip registration
50% of balance is due 90 days from trip start
50% of balance is due 45 days from trip start

Single Occupancy:    $1676 - Deposit $400
Non-Members, MeetUp Members, and Guests.
Double Occupancy: $903 - Deposit $200
Single Occupancy:  $1726 - Deposit $400
NOTE: If the choice to select Single Occupancy is not provided during registration, you must sign up a second time to get Single Occupancy. Any duplicated extra costs will be refunded.

Double occupancy is standard on all trips. UTC attempts to honor roommate and rooming requests, but they are not guaranteed. Final room assignments are at the trip leader(s) discretion as room assignment changes may be required up to the time of trip departure. In some instances, trip participants may be assigned to room with a person they do not know, or may have to share a bed with a person they do not know of the same sex. If you do not wish to share a room or bed, single rooms may be available at additional cost. There may be instances when a trip participant must pay for single occupancy in order to go on the trip. Please check with the trip leader(s) for more information.

Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.

Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:

[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a full cancellation refund;

[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.

[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a $50 service charge is applied against the refund.

If you cancel in the seven days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.

You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.

[*] Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale.
