1st COURSE
Macadamia Citrus Salad paired with LONG MEADOW RANCH CHARDONNAY

2nd COURSE
The Spring Trio and An Exploratory Wine Duo LONG MEADOW RANCH CABERNET SAUVIGNON and PINOT NOIR Start with a tender tournedos of beef, move to a butter-poached lobster and last but certainly not least a seasonal vegetable ratatouille - all accompanied by a velvety spring pea puree sprinkled with Hawaiian black lava salt that not only brings out the best of the dish but also the wine. This is a tasting experience with an adventurous edge.

3rd COURSE
Dreamy Espresso Delight Sink your spoon into a smooth and silky chocolate espresso semifreddo, which is a frozen dessert texture-wise but is in between ice cream and mousse. Expect this light dessert to melt in your mouth while you’re discovering accents of vanilla, cocoa Chile and a deliciously tart strawberry coulis.
