Join us for this FUN trip packed with shows, music, and dancing! 
Average outdoor temp in Vegas for mid May is mid 80s!

Join us for this great 3 night trip, Thursday thru Sunday with an option for a 4th night, Wednesday May 18. We will be staying at the Paris Hotel at the center of the Las Vegas Strip! We are planning on attending at least 1 show a night, and daytime trips depending on what everyone wants to do. There will be some people who want to gamble but we are really gearing this trip to do things other than gambling. There are so many interesting and fun shows and places to go in Vegas! All Rooms have 2 Queen Beds, Thursday Night food & drink social included.  We are planning on 3 major shows, one for each night with group dinners each night. Show Tickets will be purchased for the group on March 30 so sign up for the trip before then!

Double occupancy is standard on all trips. UTC attempts to honor roommate and rooming requests, but they are not guaranteed. Final room assignments are at the trip leader(s) discretion as room assignment changes may be required up to the time of trip departure. In some instances, trip participants may be assigned to room with a person they do not know, or may have to share a bed with a person they do not know of the same sex. If you do not wish to share a room or bed, single rooms may be available at additional cost. There may be instances when a trip participant must pay for single occupancy in order to go on the trip. Please check with the trip leader(s) for more information.

Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.

Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:

[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a full cancellation refund;

[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.

[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a $50 service charge is applied against the refund.

If you cancel in the seven days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.

You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.

[*] Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale.
