Please join us for our annual winter kickoff on Tuesday Sept 28. The kickoff is always a fun event! You’ll run into other members, find out what trips people are going on, talk to the trip leaders about trip details, get ready for the winter ski/snowboard season!

Up The Creek winter trip leaders will be on hand to answer questions and will be able to take check deposits for signups for our winter trips. Most of the winter trips are up for sale now for club members only, at the online store so if you know you want to go on a certain trip for sure, just go to the online store to register and pay your $100 trip deposit. You have to be a current club member to sign up for a winter trip right now. Many people have their memberships expire on August 31st so make sure your membership is current or you won’t be able to register for a trip. Winter trips open for non-club members on Sept 29th.
Everyone who attends the kickoff will receive a raffle ticket at the front door when you arrive and check in. Club Members will receive 2 tickets, everyone else will receive 1. We will be giving away multiple door prizes throughout the evening. This year we have trips planned to Beaver Creek, Crested Butte, Snow Mountain Ranch, 2 trips to Aspen/Snowmass, and a Steamboat Springs trip. Also planning a Vail closing weekend trip, and a 3 or 4 night trip to Cozumel Mexico the first weekend of March.

There will be a cash bar with reasonably priced drinks, free food buffet of wraps, sandwiches, veggie and fruit trays from Costco.

If you haven't registered and paid, just show up tonight and pay at the door. Club members pay at the door $5, guests, non-members, and meetup members pay $15, cash only. If you are not a club member and plan on going on some of our trips this winter you may want to become a new club member for $80.
