FALL FLING LAS VEGAS TRIP
HARRAH'S HOTEL


SEPT 30 - OCT 3, 2021

The trip is now filled but we can add another room if we get a single occ, or a couple, or 2 more double occ. please contact Curtis if you want to go on the trip. 

Join us for this great 3 night trip! We will be staying at Harrah's Hotel at the center of the Las Vegas Strip! We are planning on attending at least 1 show a night, and daytime trips depending on what everyone wants to do. There will be some people who want to gamble but we are really gearing this trip to do things other than gambling. There are so many interesting and fun shows and places to go in Vegas! Three night hotel stay at the recently renovated Harrah's Hotel, on the Strip - Thurs-Sat. All Rooms have 2 Queen Beds, Thursday Night food & drink social included.  Airfare is your responsibility.  Prices are for double occupancy. Here below is the trip itinerary, we may add additional items as we get closer. The tickets for the 3 big shows will be purchased on August 11th since we are concerned about the shows being in sold out. Steve will buy the tickets for the Beatles Love show, Helen will buy the Rat Pack tickets, and Curtis will buy the Vegas Spectacular show tickets for the trip participants that are going. If more people sign up for the trip after Aug 4th then we will try to secure additional tickets.

Thursday Sept 30th
4:00 pm check in at hotel
5:00 pm Welcome party, Harrah’s Lounge, appetizers included, cash bar. 
6:00 pm free Karaoke Show at Harrah’s Lounge. 
9:30 pm beatles love show at the Mirage Hotel
11:00 pm After show cocktail at the “Rhumbar”

Friday Oct 1st
2:00 pm free big elvis show, harrah’s lounge
4:00 pm high roller ferris wheel
5:30 pm dinner and the rat pack show, tuscany suites hotel
10:00 pm carnaval court bar, outside of harrah’s, live music, dancing, bartender show, all free

Saturday Oct 2nd
10:45 am meet at Denny’s, brunch, just north of Harrahs. 12:00 Noon, meet at taxi stand to car pool over to the Titanic  artifact exibit at the luxor hotel.
5:15 pm, meet at taxi stand Harrahs to car pool over to Rio hotel.
5:45 pm, reservations for dinner at the voodoo steakhouse at the rio hotel, 51st floor
9:30 pm, wow the vegas spectacular show at the rio  
11:00 pm, voodoo Nightclub at rio free admission.
11:59 pm carnaval court bar or the twins dueling piano bar show at Harrah’s

Roommate Policy: Double occupancy is standard on all trips.  UTC attempts to honor roommate and rooming requests, but they are not guaranteed.  Final room assignments are at the trip leader’s discretion as room assignment changes may be required up to the time of arrival. In some instances, trip participants may be assigned to room with a roommate they do not know. If you do not wish to share a room, single rooms may be available at an additional cost.  Please check with the trip Leader(s) for more information.

Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.

Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:

[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a full cancellation refund;

[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.

[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a $50 service charge is applied against the refund.

If you cancel in the seven days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.

You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.

[*] Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale.
[*] Only your trip leader/host can fill your spot.
