NOTE: Once you sign up for an activity you will receive emails from "Up The Creek Ski & Rec Club" and/or "ClubExpress Support" depending on the situation.  Make sure you add these to your contacts or review your spam/junk folder often for them.

TRIP PAYMENTS

TRIP INCLUDES:

Join your Up The Creek friends for this 3 night getaway to Steamboat Springs staying in condos at Trappeur's Crossing!   
LOTS TO DO!   Go on a hike, bike ride, or play golf or tennis.  
Lodging at Trappeur's Crossing, Friday Night Welcome pizza party at one of the condos included!

HIKE - At least 2 organized hikes to: 1) Fish Creek Falls, 2) Rabbit Ears, or Mad Creek Trail.  Group bike ride on the paved trail in Steamboat, bike rentals available.  Soak in the hot tubs at Strawberry Park Hot Springs, take a scenic drive over to Steamboat Lake, grab a paddle board, or hit the pristine waters at Pearl Lake. LEISURELY - Stroll through the Yampa River Botanic Park, visit art galleries, and the downtown stores. Also will have a small group for golf, tennis, and shopping …….. you choose?
Saturday Night optional group dinner at Timber & Torch Restaurant then live music in the plaza by the Gondola starting around 6:00 PM. Sunday Night optional Pot Luck Dinner in one of the condos or group dinner at the Ore House Steak House in Steamboat. They have a great low price “Sunset Menu”.

We will have a "Meet 'n Greet" a few weeks before the trip date so that participants who do not have a roommate can be matched up, and to see who wants to do what. Also, will need to set up carpooling to Steamboat.


TRIP PRICING:

Dues-Paying UTC Members -

Double Occupancy:   $368 - Deposit $100
Single Occupancy:    $714 - Deposit $200
Non-Members, MeetUp Members, Guests -

Double Occupancy: $418 - Deposit $100
Single Occupancy $764 - Deposit $200

Deposit of $100 is required at time of trip registration.
50% of balance is due by May 17th.
50% of balance is due by June 2nd.
Cancellation fee for non medical, bereavement, or medical cancellations is $50.00. Please review the current UTC cancellation policy and 2025 updated UTC Terms of participation.

Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.

Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:

[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a cancellation refund subject to the cancellation fees listed below.

[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.

[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a cancellation fee is applied based on the price of the trip and the balance is refunded.
Trips priced at $500 or higher: $100 cancellation fee.
Trips priced from $200 to $499: $50 cancellation fee.
Trips price at $199 or lower: $25 cancellation fee.

If you cancel in the fourteen (14) days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.

You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.

[*] Please let your trip leader(s) know ASAP if you need to cancel.
[*] Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale.
[*] Only your trip leader/host can fill your spot.
