Hosting a Happy Hour
At each Up The Creek Happy Hour we have one member who is the official “Happy Hour Host”.
The role of the host is to welcome all members and guests to the happy hour and to pay particular attention to the new members and guests and make them feel welcome.
Hosts need to be at the happy hour from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, send out a happy hour reminder to the group list the Wednesday before the happy hour and post some small UTC signs where we are located at the happy hour so people can find us.
Hosting is a fun and easy way to give something back to the club. You also receive $10.00 in UTC bucks that you can use for trips or other events. If you are interested in hosting please send an email to Barb Martin.
Up The Creek Ski & Rec club welcomes all suggestions and comments regarding happy hour locations. Please let us know if you enjoy a particular happy hour location, or if you have a suggestion for a fabulous place to hold a happy hour, by sending your comments & suggestions to Sandy Skaggs
